1 Pie Shell, Baked
1 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Cocoa
2-1/2 tbsp. Flour
3 Egg Yolks, Beaten
1 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 stick Butter
Meringue Topping:
3 Egg Whites
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Sugar, Cocoa, and Flour together. Beat Egg Yolks and add to Milk. Pour into dry ingredients and stir together. Cook on medium heat until thick. Turn off heat, add Vanilla and Butter and stir well. Pour into baked pie shell. Meringue topping: Use electric mixer to beat Egg Whites with Sugar, Salt, and Cream of Tarter until stiff. Put on top of Pie and bake until brown.
