2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup Wesson Oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 jars plum baby food
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with beater. Add 3 eggs, beating 1 in at a time Bake in preheated oven at 325 in a greased and floured tube pan, for 1 hour. Let cool partially before topping with glaze. Place cake on serving dish.

Glaze:
Punch holes in cake with ice pick while still warm. Mix the juice of 2 lemons with 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar Drizzle glaze over cake. Refrigerate one to two days before cutting. It gets more moist with age.
