1 1/2c. flour 1tbsp. icing sugar 1/2c. butter 2 eggs, well beaten 4 tbsp. butter 1c. brown sugar 1/2tsp. baking powder 1c. coconut 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix the first three ingredients and crumble together with your hands. Press firmly into a small cake tin. Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture. In a mixing bowl add the remainder of the ingredients. Pour into the cake tin. Put the rest of the crumb mixture onto of the cake. Bake in a 350º oven until done.
