2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cheese, sour cream and salsa. Cover. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve as a spread on crackers.

Personal Notes:
You can use light sour cream and cream cheese in this recipe and it tastes GREAT! Be sure to use a THICK and CHUNKY salsa.
