1 package dry ranch dressing mix 2 T olive oil 1 T red wine vinegar 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine dressing mix, oil and vinegar in a large plastic storage bag. Add chicken. Shake, working mixture into meat. Marinate for one hour in refrigerator. Broil chicken about 10-14 minutes total, turning once. Be sure to cook thoroughly until the center is no longer pink and juices run clear.
