2 4 oz. cans chopped Green Chilies
4 c. Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
12 oz. carton Cottage Cheese
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Coriander
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
12 Flour Tortillas 6" or 8''
1 c. Sour Cream
10 oz can of Green Chili Enchilada Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together Green Chilies, 2 c. Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Garlic, Coriander, Salt, and Pepper. Set aside. Warm Tortillas in microwave (makes them easier to fold). Spoon heaping tablespoon of Cheese mixture on each Tortilla, roll and place seam side down in 13" x 9" baking dish. Combine Sour Cream and Enchilada Sauce mix well. Pour over Tortillas, top with remaining shredded Cheese. Bake 25-30 min or until bubbly.
