1 c. Flour
1/4 tsp. Butter Flavor
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 c. Margarine
1/2 c. Walnuts or Pecans
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese
3 c. Cold Milk
2 pkg. regular size Instant Pudding
1 c. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly, then add Nuts; press in bottom of 9" X 13" pan. Bake at 350 for appx 12 minutes. Cool. 2nd layer: Beat together the Cream Cheese and Powdered Sugar; add 1 cup Cool Whip. Put on top of crust. 3rd layer: Mix together Milk and Pudding until ready. If you want 2 types of pudding, half the amount of Milk and mix both. Then spread on 2nd layer. 4th layer: Spread 1 cup Cool Whip on top and more Nuts if desired.
