2-3 large potatoes
1 package dry Ranch Dressing
salt and pepper to taste
oleo
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dice the potatoes, leaving part of the peeling on. Make two layers of the potatoes in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish, putting slices of oleo and sprinkling Ranch Dressing over each layer. Also sprinkle salt, garlic powder and pepper as desired on each layer. Microwave about 9 minutes, or you can bake on medium heat in oven for about 30 minutes.
