Ingredients:  
1 C. raisins
2 tsp. baking soda
2 C. boiling water; mix with raisins,baking soda, & cook briefly
Sift together:
3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
8 tsp. Hershey's Chocolate powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. chopped nuts
Add 2 tsp. vanilla to raisins and mix
Add 1 C. mayonnaise & beat.

Use 13x9x2" pan; Bake at 350 til done.
