4 cups rhubarb, cut up
3/4 c sugar
1/2 cups milk
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp margarine
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rhubarb in 9X13 pan. Mix together 3/4 c sugar, milk, baking powder, margarine, flour, 1/4 tsp salt and spread over rhubarb. Mix together 1 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, cornstarch and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Pour 1 cup boiling water over all. Bake 3/4 hour at 350.
