Ingredients:  
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2-1 Onion
Potatoes diced (as many as you would like) 6-10 med.
1 can creamed corn
3c. Hot Water
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. butter
pepper
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and onion. Add potatoes, creamed corn, hot water and salt.
Cover( leave a small opening in the lid) and simmer until potatoes are done.
Add butter, pepper to taste and evaporated milk.
