1/2 lb. fettuccine
2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain. In a large pot, bring butter and cream to a boil, lower heat and stir until mixture thickens. Add the fettuccine, cheese, salt and pepper to the cream sauce, mix well (salt and pepper amounts can be adjusted to taste). Turn off heat, cover pot and let stand one minute before serving. Serve with red wine.
