1/3 c. pine nuts
¼ c. butter
1 T. olive oil
6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 lb. broccoli florets
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pine nuts in large skillet over medium heat 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Heat butter and oil in same skillet over medium heat until butter melts. Add garlic, and sauté’ 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add broccoli, salt and crushed red pepper. Sauté’ 8 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Stir in pine nuts before serving. Serves 6.
