1 1/2 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c oil
1/4 c milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 c shredded zucchini
1/4 c mini chocolate chips
1/4 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the egg, oil milk, lemon juice, & vanilla, mix well, stir in dry ingredients until moistened. Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips, & walnuts. place in greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
