6 oz jello, any red flavor
2 cups boiling water
1 16 oz can cranberry sauce, jellied or whole berry
1 tbsp grated orange rind, optional
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water in large bowl. Add cranberry sauce to gelatin in small amounts whisk until melted. Whisk in orange rind and sour cream. Pour into mold sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Take out of mold.
