1 boneless beef sirloin tip roast (about 3lbs.) cut in half
1/2 c water
1 can (4oz) diced jalapeņo peppers, drained
1 envelope Italian Salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in crock pot. Cover & cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Remove beef & shred using 2 forks. Skim fat from juices. Serve beef on buns with juice.
