1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup margarine
1 TBSP sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to400. Grease bottom of loaf pan.
Mix buttermilk, butter, sugar and eggs until well mixed. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Spread in pan. Bake 45-50 minutes
