1/2 pkg. Lasagna, Uncooked
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, Chopped
1 32 oz.jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 24 oz. container Cottage Cheese
2 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna according to package directions; drain. In large skillet brown ground beef. Add onion, cook until tender; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. In greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan, layer one-third each lasagna, meat sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake in a 350 oven until hot, about 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
