2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk.
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 small bag English toffee candy bar, coarsely chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour condensed milk into a 1 quart slow cooker.
Cook, covered, 6 to 7 hours or until mixture is the color of peanut butter, stirring with a wire whisk every 30 minutes.
Pour into pie crust; cook. Spread whipped topping over top of pie, and sprinkle evenly with chopped candy bar. Cover and chill.

I use Heath candy bars for topping. You can use low fat sweetened condensed milk and it does not change the taste.
