1 cup water
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 cup wild rice
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup margarine
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 cup half and half
1 cup cooked cubed chicken or turkey
4 slices cooked bacon (broken in pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, broth, rice, onion and simmer 40 minutes.
Melt margarine and stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in half and half until thickened. Add mixture to rice and add remaining ingredients.
Do not boil.
