20 slices white bread (trim crust) and cut into fourths
Mix and spread on bread the following:
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 large red onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
