3 eggs,
1/2c. oil,
1/2c. applesauce,
2 c. sugar,
2 t. vanilla,
2 c. shredded zucchini
,1 c. crushed pineapple(drained),
3 c. flour,
2 t. soda,
1 t. salt,
1/2 t. baking powder,
1 1/2 t. cinnamon,
3/4 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs until frothy. Add oil, applesauce, sugar, vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until combined. Grease pans and bake at 350 until done.
