1 12 oz bag cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. grated lemon zest
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan and combine all ingredients and cook until cranberries are soft. About 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool to room temp. store in refrigerator up to a week
