One 54 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Pour pineapple into colander and drain for about 20 seconds. Combine pineapple, cheese, flour and sugar mixing well. Pour into a greased Pyrex dish. Crush crackers and spread across top. Evenly pour melted butter over crackers. Bake for 25 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
