Crust:
12 Keebler Graham Cracker mini-pie/tart crusts (they come in a 6-pack)

Filling:
1.5 cups (12 oz) of cream cheese
4 T of honey
4 tsp. orange juice

Toppings:
Fresh sliced strawberries
Fresh blueberries
Dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip (I love Extra Creamy!)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Soften cream cheese and mix filling ingredients until smooth (electric mixer works best).
2) Spoon filling into tart crusts (about 2/3 full).
3) Chill for a few hours, or overnight.
4) Top with berries and whipped cream just before serving.
5) Hot fudge topping also optional.
