3/4 C milk
3/4 C flour
1 C sugar
6 T butter
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 C peaches (sliced) OR 1 lg. can of sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Combine into a batter: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Melt butter in a 9x9 inch baking dish. Pour batter in the middle of melted butter. Pour drained peaches in middle of batter. Stir ONLY a tiny bit to gently spread peaches. Bake for 1 hr. at 350. Best when served warm with 1/2 and , ice cream, or whipped cream. Excellent for breakfast! ( Serves 6)
