Ingredients:  
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. cucumber, seeded and finely diced
8 oz. sour cream
Sprinkling of dried or fresh dill, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Soften cream cheese
2) Mix sour cream into cream cheese (electric hand mixer is easiest)
3) Blend diced cucumber & dill into cream cheese mixture and chill.
