3 apples, chopped (I prefer delicious)
1 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/4 lb seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 bag frozen coconut
1/2 cup raisins (soaked in hot water)
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 small jar cherries (drained) enough to add color
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp evaporated milk
2 tbsp sugar
Add enough cherry juice to color

Mix all fruit together. Mix sauce ingredients together and stir into fruit. Chill before serving.
