First Layer: 2 cups self rising flour 2 sticks margarine 1 cup chopped pecans Second Layer: 1 8 oz. carton sour cream 1 lb. confectioners sugar 1 large cool whip
Topping - 1 can peach pie filling
First Layer: Mix flour and margarine, add chopped nuts and press evenly into a 9" x 13" dish. Bake at 350º until lightly brown. Let cool. Second Layer: Mix all ingredients together and spread over cooled crust. Top with one can of peach pie filling and refrigerate until ready to serve.
