1 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 inch baking pan. In a large bowl mix 3/4 cups of water, sugar, oil, cocoa, egg and vanilla until well mixed.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. With mixer on low, beat flour mixture until just blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in the pan on a cooling rack. Cut and enjoy

Place a wooden toothpick in center if it comes out clean the brownies are done. However sometimes you may hit a chocolate chip so the tooth pick test can fool you.
