16 oz. plain yogurt
1 small cucumber (seeded) finely chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic or 1 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Spoon mixture into serving bowl.
Chill for approximately two hours.
