4 lg. eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
8 slices white bread, cubed
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Coat lightly with butter bottom and sides of 2 to 2-1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine butter, sugar and eggs until creamed together really well. Add in entire can of pineapple. Line bottom of casserole dish with bread cubes. Pour pineapple mix evenly over bread cubes. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30-45 minutes. Check at 30 minutes by inserting knife. If knife comes out clean, it's done. If not, bake a bit longer.
