1 lb. sausage 2 lb. Velveeta Cheese 2 cans (10 oz. each) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
Fry and crumble sausage until browned. Drain well. Cut cheese into cubes. Put into microwavable bowl with tomatoes & chiles. Microwave and stir every 3-4 minutes until melted. Stir in sausage. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
