1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. onion
1 T. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg (1 5/8 oz.) chili seasoning mix
1 can (17 oz.) whole grain corn
1 can (1 lb.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
12 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onions in oil until tender. Add meat, brown, and drain all juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
