1 large can sour kraut, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. bell pepper
1 c. grated carrots
Pimentos if desired

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 T. oil
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables. Boil sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt for 2 minutes and pour over vegetables.
