5 c lukewarm water
1/3 c honey
5 c flour, wheat
3 tbsp yeast
1/3 c oil
1 tbsp salt
1 c gluten
3-5 c flour, wheat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, honey and wheat. When at right temperature. Add yeast. Let sponge 15 minutes. Add oil, salt and gluten. Add enough flour to make soft dough (add remaining flour). Let rise until double, punch it down and form into loaves. Let the loaves rise until they are slightly above rim of pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
