1 1/3 c. Coconut
1 c. finely Chopped Nuts
3/4 c. Miniature Semisweet Chocolate Pieces
2 tsp. Anise Seed
1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. graded Orange or Lemon Rind

Directions:
Directions:
Stir one or two of these above listed ingredients into any cookie dough before adding adding dry ingredients. Or add one of these finishing touches to unbaked or baked cookies: Place half a candied cherry in center of each slice before baking. Spread 1/2 tsp. strawberry or apricot preserves on top of each baked cookie. Then drizzle with 2 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted.
