2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
4 1/2 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together
2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda

add 1 cup sour cream with 1 tsp vanilla, a dash of salt, 4 1/2 cups of flour. enough to make soft dough. Chill. Roll out and bake at 350. don't overbake.
