1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk (can use regular milk w/dash of lemon juice)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup dried rhubarb - chopped
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease two bread pans. Mix all ingredients and pour into pans.
Can top each loaf with 1 tsp. melted butter mixed with 1 tbsp. sugar.
Bake at 350
