1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups self rising flour
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract
2 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat eggs into the mixture. Add flour and sour cream to the mix alternately and evenly. Mix well. Add the vanilla and lemon extract. Mix in the pecans.

Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325
