1/4 c boiled or instant mashed potatoes
3 beaten eggs
1 c shortening
1/2 c sugar
3 c warm water
3 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp salt
3/4 c dry milk
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar together. Add in this order potatoes, eggs, warm water, yeast, salt, dry milk and flour.
Roll out 1 inch thick, cut and let raise one hour. Cook at 375 till browned.
