At least 2 lbs ground beef, brown and simmer
Drain fat
Add a 2-3 diced onions, at least four stalks chopped celery, brown slightly with meat (you can add a little green pepper)
Add salt, pepper and a little garlic
Add 2-15 ounce cans of stewed tomatoes chopped up
Add one –two cans of mushrooms (optional)
Add about a half a cup of Molasses

Simmer at least an hour, add water as needed
Boil a box of small macaroni noodles, drain
Mix noodles with hot dish
