1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1 lb ground beef, uncooked
2 cups cooked rice (preferably 1 day old)
lb diced kielbasa
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt, pepper, thyme to taste
1 lg. jar of good spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Boil cabbage in hot water about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain well. Mix ground beef, rice, kielbasa, onion, garlic and seasonings together. In a lightly greased 13 x9 dish, layer of the spaghetti sauce, drained cabbage, all the rice mix, remaining cabbage and spaghetti sauce. Cover dish with foil and bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes. Uncover dish and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
