2 lbs grated Zucchini (about 4 cups)
1 Onion, chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
1 stick Margarine, melted
1 C seasoned Croutons (I use Stove Top Stuffing)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Grated Cheese - any kind and as much or as little as you like!

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for the cheese and put in buttered casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake about 45 minutes. in a 350 oven.
