3 envelopes Knox Gelatin (plain) 3 pkgs. (small boxes) jell-o (any flavor) 21/2 C. boiling water 1 C. (1/2 pint) heavy whipping cream
Use 9x9" pan. In a large bowl combine Knox-gelatin with jell-o. Add boiling water & stir til gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in heavy cream. Pour into shallow pan. Chill until firm. To serve, cut into 1" squares.
