4 lbs. red potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
3 T. butter
1 and 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper
1 cup crushed potato chips
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and grate potatoes. Saute onions in 3 T. butter. Add cheese, soup and sour cream and mix together.
Add salt and mix with potatoes and place in greased 3 qt. casserole. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed potato chips and drizzle 3 T. melted butter over chips. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
