2-10 oz pkg frozen broccoli or 6 cups fresh
1-10oz can cream of mushroom soup
1-10oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and onions until broccoli is crisp and tender. Combine soups, sour cream and 1/2 cup butter or margarine
Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and one sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed. Add broccoli and onion mixture to the soup and cheese mixture. After combining ingredients place in baking or casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese, then the remainder of the Ritz crackers crushed. Use the remaining cup butter and drizzle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
