1 pkg Rotini (plain or colored)
1 large fresh broccoli - cut up
1 large fresh cauliflower - cut up
1 pkg frozen peas - run water to defrost & drain
1/2 cup chopped celery (or you can skip)
1 chunk Parmesan cheese
1 jar Marie's Italian Herb & Romano Dressing
mayo to taste - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rotini according to directions on pkg, drain, add cut up broccoli & cauliflower & celery. Add peas & cut up cheese. Mix with dressing and mayo to taste.
Additional optional items: cooked & crumbled bacon, diced avocado

You can vary the amounts of the ingredients, depending on how many people. Also, after in fridge, if it dries out you can add more mayo or dressing.
