Crust (makes 2):
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 c. plus 2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cream cheese filling:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 c. Cool Whip
Fruit layer:
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 banana, sliced
Citrus Glaze:
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Mix crust ingredients. Grease 2 12" pizza pans. Divide dough between pans and flatten with hands. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool. (Freeze 1 crust for later use.) Cream together cheese filling ingredients. Spread on crust. Arrange fruit on top. Make citrus glaze by combining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Cool. Spread cooled glaze over fruit. Refrigerate.

This crust is better than sugar cookie dough that is store bought. Our family loves this fruit pizza.
