2 C. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 C. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and lightly knead, just to make dough easy to work with. Roll dough out on lightly floured board;and cut out to desired size. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on top. * (before baking, lightly brush top of biscuits with butter.) Bake at 375.
